Job Description

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical/managerial rounds. Issue offer letters and coordinate the pre-joining formalities. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation. Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
