Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented, and professional Corporate Sales Executive to drive the sales of our luxury airport concierge services to corporate clients. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and nurturing to successful deal closure, focusing on companies and individuals in Hyderabad who appreciate and can afford premium travel experiences. This role demands a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the Zaps Premium brand with sophistication and elegance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Actively identify and research potential corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals in Hyderabad who align with our target demographic for luxury airport concierge services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, online research, and referrals.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
  • Nurture leads through effective communication, understanding their unique needs, and positioning Zaps Premium services as the ideal, seamless solution.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, both virtually and in-person.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for corporate accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally, upholding Zaps Premium's commitment to excellence.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 2-4 years in corporate sales, B2B sales, or luxury sales, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Experience in travel, hospitality, or concierge services is a significant plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing, coupled with excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Impeccable professional appearance and demeanor, representing the Zaps Premium luxury brand image effectively at all times.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu, with the ability to articulate complex service offerings clearly, concisely, and compellingly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with high-level corporate contacts.
  • Independent & Proactive: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Mandatory Requirement: Must own and be able to commute using a two-wheeler (bike) in and around Hyderabad.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
