Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B partnerships and institutional sales in the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and a proven ability to close high-value corporate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, including insurance companies, TPAs, wellness partners, and large organizations
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles – from lead generation and client pitching to negotiations and closures
  • Develop tailored healthcare solutions (corporate wellness programs, annual health check-up packages, hospitalization packages, etc.) for organizations
  • Build strong relationships with HR heads, procurement managers, and CXOs
  • Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and engagement
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes impacting healthcare sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or Healthcare (MBA preferred)
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in corporate or institutional sales in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or healthtech
  • Strong understanding of healthcare B2B sales dynamics in the Bangalore region
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and team player

Preferred Background:

  • Experience with hospitals, diagnostics chains, medical in companies, or digital health startups
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
  • Network with corporate HRs, wellness heads, and benefits managers is a plus
