Corporate Sales Manager

About Role:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy and foster long-term client relationships in the insurance and bonding sector. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets. Drive business growth through Surety Bonds, Bid Bonds, and General Insurance products . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and insurance partners. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the corporate segment. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance and client servicing. Requirements:- Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales within General Insurance, Surety Bonds, or Bid Bonds . Preferably worked with insurance brokers or general insurance companies . Excellent understanding of insurance products and corporate risk solutions. Strong network within the Delhi corporate and broker market. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be based in Delhi . Immediate joiners will be given preference .
