Role Overview

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training across different verticals—Credit, Operations, or Human Resources. The goal is to prepare you for a full-time role with increasing responsibilities based on your interest and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day departmental activities in your assigned vertical
• Participate in projects, audits, and process reviews
• Learn and apply company policies and best practices
• Work closely with senior managers to understand core operations
• Deliver reports, presentations, and analysis as required
• Contribute to process improvements and team discussions

Desired Skills & Qualities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
• Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively
• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset

Eligibility

• MBA / PGDM or equivalent (2023/2024 pass outs preferred)
• Specialization in HR, Operations, or related fields preferred
• Freshers with a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply
