Job Description


We’re seeking a Copywriter who’s equal parts creative thinker, cultural sponge, and tech-savvy executor. This isn’t just about writing catchy lines, it’s about storytelling across formats, collaborating with designers and strategists, and leveraging AI tools (text, image, and video) to supercharge your ideas and outputs.

If you’re someone who enjoys experimenting with both words and visuals and sees AI not as a threat but a tool for deeper creativity, this role is made for you. Your work would include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Copy & Content Creation

1.Craft sharp, engaging, and brand-aligned copy across ads, films, digital, landing pages, scripts, and social content.

2.Bring concepts alive with a deep understanding of tone, context, and audience psychology.

  • AI-Augmented Creativity

  • Use AI tools for:

1.Ideation and rapid first-draft generation.

2.Copy rewriting and style adaptation.

3.Personalization at scale (e.g., dynamic ad variants, emailers).


  • Use AI image generators for:

1.Visual concept mock-ups and mood-boards.

2.Ideation support for art and design team

  • Use AI video tools for:

1.Script-to-video prototyping

2.Rough visualizations for client/internal pitches

3.Automating short-form content production


  • Creative Collaboration

1.Work closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and media teams to translate briefs into standout campaigns

2.Participate in brainstorming sessions, mood-boarding, and end-to-end creative development

  • Experimentation & Trends

Stay ahead of Gen Z language, meme culture, and platform-specific trends

Experiment with new tools, formats, and storytelling techniques


Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of copywriting experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
  • A solid portfolio with multi-platform work (ads, videos, websites, social, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI tools across domains (text/image/video); even better if you’ve played with them in actual projects.
  • Strong grasp of digital storytelling, audience targeting, and brand voice.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments.


Bonus:

  • Experience writing for performance campaigns or brand films.
  • Visual thinking or art direction sensibility.
  • Understanding of SEO, content strategy, or UX writing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing for education clients
