Have: - Demonstrated clear communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate complicated details
effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization - Minimum of 2 - 3 years of contingent workforce, staffing or HR operations experience - Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills - High learning agility and dealing with ambiguity - Workday and ServiceNow experience preferred - Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism. - Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities. - High attention to detail, ability to recognize and recommend improvement. - Proactive and able to organize and prioritize with limited guidance and a focus on delivering exceptional
customer service experiences - Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience required.
