You will be responsible for crafting high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that resonates with buyers, investors, and industry professionals. Key Responsibilities: Write clear, concise, and compelling content for: Property descriptions Blogs & articles Social media posts Email campaigns Brochures and marketing collaterals Website pages and landing pages Research real estate market trends, buyer behavior, and project details to create informative and relevant content Optimize content for SEO using targeted keywords, meta tags, and internal linking Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with branding and business goals Proofread, edit, and ensure consistency in tone and language across platforms Update and maintain a content calendar for timely delivery Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in content writing ( real estate domain preferred) Excellent command over written English and grammar Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals Ability to write in multiple tones (informative, persuasive, promotional) Research skills and attention to detail Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends is a plus What We Offer: All Sundays fixed work off & alternate Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off) A dynamic and collaborative work environment Exposure to leading real estate projects and brands Opportunities for skill development and career growth Competitive salary and benefits CTC - 3-5 LPA (Hike basis last drawn) Immediate Joiners Preferred. 📩 To Apply: Send your resume and writing samples on WhatsApp on 8262972434 or email us at hr@thekeystonegroup.in Show more Show less
