We are looking for a talented and creative Content Writer with hands-on experience in writing for IT service-based companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality content including technical blogs, website content, product/service descriptions and marketing material tailored for a tech-savvy audience.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage engaging content for technical blogs, case studies, whitepapers and articles.
• Develop compelling website content including home page, service pages and landing pages.
• Work closely with the marketing and tech teams to translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand, SEO-friendly content.
• Research industry trends, tools and innovations to produce fresh and insightful content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, target audience and business goals.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices (keywords, formatting, internal linking).
• Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate on content strategies for social media, email campaigns and lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Content Writer in an IT service-based company or digital agency.
• Strong portfolio of published technical blogs or IT content.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Basic understanding of software development services, web/mobile apps, CRM/ERP systems and emerging tech.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush or Yoast is a plus.
