Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate

Neurologist

with specialized training in neuro medicine to join our comprehensive neurosciences team. The successful candidate will bring strong clinical expertise in managing a broad range of neurological conditions, including both acute and chronic disorders, and will contribute to building a patient-first approach in our neuro care program.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team that includes neurosurgeons, intensivists, radiologists, rehabilitation specialists, and emergency physicians, supported by advanced diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Diagnosis

Conduct detailed neurological assessments and manage conditions such as strokes, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular disorders, and CNS infections.
Oversee inpatient and outpatient consultations, delivering continuity of care through diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.Respond to neurological emergencies including acute stroke, seizures, and neurocritical cases.

Diagnostic Interpretation

Interpret advanced diagnostic investigations such as MRI, CT, EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies with clinical accuracy.
Recommend and coordinate appropriate testing for early diagnosis and disease monitoring.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Work collaboratively with neuro ICU teams, emergency departments, and rehabilitation services to ensure holistic patient care.
Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and care planning sessions.

Patient & Family Engagement

Educate patients and families about neurological conditions, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and long-term management.
Deliver empathetic, informed counseling with a focus on improving quality of life.

Academic & Quality Initiatives

Actively engage in academic discussions, case reviews, CMEs, and neurology-focused journal clubs.
Participate in clinical audits, research initiatives, and quality improvement projects to enhance neurology services.

Qualifications & Competencies

DM in Neurology or Neuro Medicine from a recognized medical institution.
1–4 years of post-qualification experience in a hospital or clinical setting.In-depth knowledge of neurological disorders and their evidence-based management.Skilled in interpreting neuroimaging and neurophysiological studies.Experience managing acute neurological conditions in ICU and emergency settings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with teams and counseling of patients.Familiarity with stroke management protocols and neurorehabilitation practices is a plus.
