Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, integration guides, API documentation, whitepapers, case studies, and FAQs. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly content. Knowledge Management: Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product updates and new features. Marketing Support: Partner with the marketing team to produce thought leadership articles, blog posts, and technical content for campaigns. Standards Compliance: Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and best practices for technical writing. Customer Enablement: Create tutorials, quick-start guides, and videos to help customers and partners implement and utilize Propel Apps solutions effectively.
