Computer Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Computer Hardware Engineer with expertise in printer repair, toner refilling, laptop and desktop maintenance, software installation, and troubleshooting Windows and Ubuntu operating systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Printer Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and repair printers (laser, inkjet, dot matrix, etc.), refill and replace toner cartridges, and resolve printing issues.

• Laptop & PC Repair: Troubleshoot and fix hardware issues, including motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, power supply, and other components.

• Software Installation & Troubleshooting: Install and configure software applications, drivers, and utilities on Windows and Ubuntu systems.

• OS Installation & Repair: Format, install, and troubleshoot Windows and Ubuntu operating systems, including resolving boot issues, driver conflicts, and system errors.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Consistently strong academic performance with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks up to graduation and 65% in post-graduation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Hardware, IT, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and MS Office.

• Ability to manage client communication and scheduling effectively.

• Experience in customer support or IT service roles.
