Company Secretary (CS) intern

What You’ll Be Doing

●      Drafting board resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, and company documents

●      Assisting with share certificates, filings (like MGT-7, AOC-4, PAS-3 etc.), and records

●      Helping us stay compliant with ROC, MCA, and other regulatory norms

●      Supporting in audits, document trails, and due diligence

●      Researching legal and compliance updates when needed

●      Helping in preparing NDAs, MOUs, and internal policies

What We’re Looking For

●      You’re pursuing CS (Executive or Professional) from ICSI

●      You’re responsible, eager to learn, and want to work full-time

●      You can commit 8 hours/day remotely for the next 3–6 months

●      You’re comfortable using Google Sheets, Word, and managing timelines

What You’ll Get
