Job Title: Corporate Law Intern (Company Secretary Internship)
Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune (In-office)
Duration: 21–24 Months (Full-time)

About the Internship

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Corporate Law Interns (CS background) to join our legal and secretarial team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various areas of Company Law, Trademark Registration, FEMA Compliance, and Entity Formation, providing a strong foundation in corporate legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Law Practice:

Conduct legal research and support documentation under the Companies Act, 2013. Assist in board meeting documentation, MCA filings, XBRL support, ESOP planning, and fundraising compliances.

• Trademark Registrations:

Participate in end-to-end trademark registration processes.

• Entity Registrations:

Assist in setting up companies, LLPs, and partnership firms.

• FEMA Compliance:

Support foreign exchange compliance and reporting processes.

• Due Diligence:

Conduct legal and secretarial due diligence for corporate clients.

• Mergers & Amalgamations:

Support legal procedures involved in mergers and amalgamations.

• Secretarial Audits:

Contribute to compliance audits under relevant corporate laws.

Who Can Apply

• Are available for full-time, in-office internship in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.
• Can commit to 21–24 months of internship.
• Have 0–6 months of experience (internship/articleship in a PCS firm preferred).
• Have cleared CS Executive/Professional Program.
• Have completed EDP (online/offline) as per ICSI norms.
• Have knowledge of Companies Act, ROC compliance, and Secretarial procedures.
• Are eager to work in a collaborative and dynamic legal team.
• Are available for immediate joining or willing to relocate.
