Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Commercial Leasing Manager. The Commercial Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing leasing operations, developing and implementing leasing strategies, conducting market research, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining relationships with tenants. The role also involves coordinating with property management and ensuring compliance with all leasing regulations.

• Strong market research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with property management and ensure compliance
• Proficiency in using real estate management software and tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in commercial leasing, is highly desirable
