Coordinate day-to-day production activities.
Maintain systems and in-process quality standards.
Organize and manage team members across shifts.
Utilize computer applications (MS Word and Excel) effectively for production documentation and reporting.
Implement and follow the count plan as per marketing requirements.
Foster team building and teamwork.

Qualifications

Diploma or B.Tech in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering / Spinning Technology
Minimum 10–15 years in open-end spinning, with experience in color yarn and recycled fiber processing (both cotton poly blend)
