Role Description

We're looking for a driven, strategic co-founder to lead sales and business development for LexiPitch, our AI-powered sales automation platform. This isn’t a job — it’s ownership. You’ll be responsible for crafting the go-to-market strategy, closing our first big deals, building relationships that matter, and shaping how LexiPitch enters and dominates lead-heavy markets like education, SaaS, fintech, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the end-to-end sales funnel — from cold outreach to closing
  • Build and scale partnerships with colleges, agencies, and B2B clients
  • Design repeatable GTM processes and sales playbooks
  • Run experiments to find what channels and positioning convert best
  • Collaborate with the founder to align product roadmap with real-world feedback
  • Pitch to early adopters, investors, and strategic allies
  • Eventually, build and lead a sales team that doesn’t miss quotas

What We’re Looking For

  • Founder mentality: bias for action, doesn’t wait for instructions
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, edtech, or automation
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles, client psychology, and growth levers
  • Comfortable with chaos — and can sell in spite of it
  • Bonus: Has a network in the education, D2C, or SMB space
