Medsflick is Bihar’s first rural-focused healthcare delivery platform. Our mission is to make essential healthcare accessible and affordable in underserved areas through last-mile medicine delivery, emergency SOS services, teleconsultations, health camps, and patient referral systems.

We’re an early-stage startup with local partnerships, real-world field insights, and a big vision for transforming rural health.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Co-Founder who loves operations, knows how to build relationships, can help raise funds, and is eager to work on the ground to improve healthcare. This is not a 9-to-5 job—it’s a mission.

As a Co-Founder, you will help design and deliver Medsflick’s strategy, grow partnerships with hospitals and local health workers, expand our services across villages and towns, and ensure we run with operational excellence. You’ll work side by side with the founding team to build something truly impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Leadership:

  Design and manage day-to-day operations, including delivery networks, emergency response workflows, and field support teams.

• Relationship Building:

  Establish and nurture partnerships with hospitals, pharmacies, doctors, NGOs, local health workers, and government stakeholders.

• Field Work:

  Travel regularly to rural areas to build trust with communities, onboard partners, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Fundraising Support:

  Collaborate on funding strategy, investor pitches, and grant applications to secure resources for scaling.

• Team Building:

  Recruit, train, and motivate local teams passionate about delivering healthcare where it’s needed most.

• Process Improvement:

  Implement systems to track service delivery, patient outcomes, and partner performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Community Engagement:

  Champion Medsflick’s mission in local communities, listening to needs and adapting services to local realities.

Who We’re Looking For

• Hands-On Operator:

  Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves to solve field challenges, from logistics to partnerships to customer service.

• Relationship Builder:

  Skilled at building trust and partnerships with diverse stakeholders—from rural health workers to hospital administrators.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset:

  Ready to work in a lean, evolving environment with resource constraints and big ambitions.

• Healthcare Passion:

  Deeply motivated to improve healthcare access and quality in underserved communities.

• Fundraising Interest:

  Willing to co-lead conversations with investors, donors, and grant-makers.

• Local Understanding:

  Familiarity with Bihar’s healthcare landscape and rural challenges is a big plus.

• Language Skills:

  Proficiency in Hindi and local dialects is highly valued.
