The Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming leads, making outbound calls to parents, and providing information about our courses. The goal is to convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating course benefits and details. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up with existing enquiries. Provide course details including timing, fee structure, and trainer expertise. Convince and guide parents toward enrolling their children in suitable courses. Maintain call records and update lead status in CRM. Achieve daily and monthly call and admission targets. Work closely with the admission team for smooth coordination. Candidate Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
