What You’ll Own Leadership : Build, lead, and scale Man Camp as a transformational brand under our parent company. Program Design & Delivery : Refine the bootcamp experience with experts in fitness, mental health, and personal development. Business Operations : Set up backend systems, manage vendors, track costs, and ensure smooth execution. Marketing & Outreach : Build a tribe through content, partnerships, and campaigns that speak to modern Indian men. Community : Curate, nurture, and grow a loyal community of men who keep coming back and referring others.
