Job Description

As Co-Founder (SEO & PPC), you will:

Build, lead, and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic for clients and our brand
Plan, run, and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta if needed) for client acquisition and lead generation
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports that lead to actionable results
Collaborate on building service packages, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, PPC trends, and tools
Bring thought leadership to MA Solutions in performance-based marketing

Qualifications & Skills:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page)
Proven track record of running high-ROI PPC campaigns (Google Ads certified preferred)
Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and GTM
Experience working with D2C/eCommerce brands is a huge plus
Entrepreneurial mindset willing to hustle, lead, and grow with the business
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Pune
