Cluster Manager

Designation: Cluster Manager (Maintenance Manager)

Location: Alibaug

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance activities, including civil and electrical work across assigned properties
• Develop in-house technical capabilities to reduce dependency on external vendors
• Own and manage cost centers with a focus on budget control and cost optimization
• Set up and maintain data dashboards for performance tracking, process improvements, and strategic decision-making
• Manage daily facility operations to maintain and enhance property standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and homeowners on maintenance concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions

Key Requirement:

Education: Diploma / Degree in Engineering

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of civil and electrical systems
• Experience in managing facilities and technical operations
• Familiarity with cost control, budgeting, and vendor management
• Ability to develop and work with performance dashboards and data tools
