Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 9 years of experience to lead our wealth management team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, portfolio performance analysis, and portfolio management. Roles and Responsibility
Managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the region and building market share.
Establishing Tata Capital Wealth Management as a brand for the regions.
Recruiting, nurturing talent, and providing handholding to team members.
Reviewing team performance for revenue optimization.
Co-owning clients and addressing HNI and ultra-HNI investment requirements.
Developing and implementing marketing plans to acquire new corporate customers.

Job
MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree; AMFI/NISM certification is preferred.
Proven experience in wealth management, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Experience in managing high net worth exclusive (HNI) and ultra-HNI clients.
