Project Role : Cloud Services Engineer Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective communication between client and operations teams. - Analyze service delivery health and address performance issues. - Conduct performance meetings to share data and trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer. - Strong understanding of cloud orchestration and automation. - Experience in SLA management and performance analysis. - Knowledge of IT service delivery and escalation processes.
