🌐 About the Role:

Sr. Managed Services Engineer (L3)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• L3 support for AWS workloads in production
• Monitor and manage AWS services (CloudWatch, Lambda, EC2, RDS, VPC, EKS, Route53, IAM, S3, etc.)
• Drive incident detection, resolution, and escalation
• Conduct regular system checks, patching, and upgrades
• Maintain service compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and security standards
• Mentor junior engineers and support L1/L2 escalations
• Coordinate with internal teams and AWS support

✅ Who You Are:

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong AWS knowledge
• Hands-on experience with:
• EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM, etc.
• Skilled in automation, proactive monitoring, and incident handling
• Strong communicator and team collaborator
• Willing to work in a

  24x7 rotational shift

• AWS Certification preferred (Solutions Architect, SysOps Admin, etc.)
