Job Description

Role Description -Assist to Director - Operation in Client Co-ordination. -Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction. -Manage client accounts, including onboarding, work updates, and performance reviews. -Possess knowledge of overall marketing ideas and technical aspects. -Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs. -Analyze client feedback and market trends to recommend strategies for campaign optimization. -Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Tattva Ads' services. -Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
