Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and nurturing relationships with both influencers and brands. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of the influencer marketing landscape, excellent organizational skills, and proven experience in team management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and influencers.

* Understand client needs and objectives to deliver customized influencer marketing solutions.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables align with client expectations.

* Monitor campaign performance, provide regular updates to clients, and optimize strategies as needed.

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

* Lead and oversee a team of executives/coordinators to ensure seamless campaign execution and client servicing.

* Provide guidance, training, and support to the team to enhance productivity and performance.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within influencer marketing.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.

* Prior experience in team management and leadership roles.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
