Role: Client Servicing Lead Location: On-site (Chembur, Mumbai) Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and performance Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative and media briefs Project & Campaign Management Oversee end-to-end execution of projects from brief to delivery Ensure seamless coordination between creative, design, production, and strategy teams Manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations efficiently Conduct quality checks and ensure brand consistency across deliverables Strategic Thinking & Growth Identify new opportunities for client growth and cross-sell agency capabilities Present insights, campaign performance reports, and industry trends to clients Collaborate with strategy teams to pitch new campaign ideas or innovations Leadership & Team Collaboration Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality output Conduct internal reviews to ensure deliverables are aligned with briefs and timelines Foster a proactive, collaborative culture within the account management team Ready to Apply?
