About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Client Servicing Executive who will be the main point of contact for our clients. Your job will be to make sure they are happy, their issues are solved, and they get the best use out of our product. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and learning on the job.
Note: This role may require occasional travel to meet clients, only when needed—not very frequently.

What You’ll Do

• Talk to clients regularly and build strong relationships with them.
• Understand their needs and make sure they are using our product the right way.
• Help solve any problems or issues they face.
• Coordinate with our internal teams (like tech and sales) to ensure client issues are handled.
• Be part of internal team huddles to share client feedback and find solutions.
• Keep records of client details and communication in our system (CRM).
• Train clients on how to use our product.
• Keep them updated about new features or changes.
• Look for opportunities to offer additional products or services that fit their needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in any field (preferably business-related).
• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or customer service (internship experience counts).
• Good communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and email tools.
• Willingness to learn and be proactive.
• Comfortable with occasional travel when required to meet clients.
