Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM regularly.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or management.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach on all calls.
• Understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
