Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Representative at Reflexions Digital Pvt. Ltd. The role is located in the Greater Kolkata Area but allows for some work from home. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent client services, managing communication with clients, and handling finance-related tasks. Qualifications Client Services and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Basic understanding of Finance Excellent interpersonal skills Experience in client-facing roles Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus. Should know excel and PowerPoint properly.
