Manage event timelines, budgets, and approvals while ensuring high client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term association. Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative event strategies. Oversee on-ground event execution, ensuring seamless coordination and troubleshooting when needed. Prepare post-event reports, client feedback analysis, and performance evaluation. Key Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years in Client Servicing within the event industry. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of event planning, BTL activations, corporate events, and brand engagement strategies. Flexibility: Willingness to travel.
