Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client queries, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Daily tasks include handling communications, attending client meetings, providing updates on project progress, and identifying opportunities to improve client experiences and services.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management skills
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Very good knowledge of Post sales Documentation; like - Sale Deed, Demand Letters, Agreements, Loan Documents, etc.
• Experience in the real estate or holiday homes development sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
