Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities 1. Site Supervision • Supervise daily activities of the Contractor’s field team, and monitor daily labour deployment & site progress • Ensure execution as per recommendation of the Structural Engineer • Resolve minor on-site issues and escalate major concerns to the Management Committee 2. Quality Assurance & Quantity Checks • Conduct regular inspections and check incoming materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) for material quantity, quality and workmanship • Maintain quantity and quality check records 3. Planning & Reporting • Take joint measurements with Contractor’s Site Engineer and keep logs of material consumption and labour attendance • Support project monitoring against timeline and flag delays • Coordinate with Structural Engineer for technical clarification and approvals • Enforce all safety protocols and ensure the use of PPE 4. Billing & Documentation • Check and certify contractor bills • Maintain all records, site instructions, and measurement books systematically 5. Dues Collections & Receipts • Maintain collection spreadsheet – from block members • Follow up with members for due payments • Issue payment Circulars and reminders as advised by the Management Committe
