Job Title :Civil Engineer – Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist Job Summary: A hybrid role combining civil engineering knowledge with strategic marketing and sales functions. The position involves promoting civil engineering products or solutions, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team with technical insights. Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Responsibilities (Civil Engineering):Understand and demonstrate the technical aspects of civil engineering products (e.g., construction chemicals, waterproofing, prefabricated structures, reinforcement products, etc.). Provide technical support to clients and the sales team. Prepare project proposals, technical documentation, and cost estimates. Collaborate with project teams to ensure technical specifications meet client requirements. 2. Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies for civil products (online and offline). Organize seminars, workshops, trade shows, and product demos. Create promotional materials, brochures, product data sheets, and case studies. Manage digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry blogs). 3. Sales Support & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients: contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and government bodies. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and networking. Maintain CRM tools with updated client interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities. 4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Address client queries and provide post-sales support. Gather client feedback to improve product offerings and services. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); MBA in Marketing is a plus. 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering and/or B2B technical product marketing. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. Proficiency with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms. Skills: Strong technical and analytical mind set. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a customer-first approach. Presentation and negotiation skills. 🔹 Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD)🔹 Department: Executive Office / Administration🔹 Reports To: Managing Director📝 Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support Manage and maintain the MD’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel. Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) on behalf of the MD. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Organize internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups. 2. Communication & Coordination Act as the first point of contact for the MD, liaising with staff, clients, and stakeholders. Coordinate communication between departments and ensure information flows efficiently. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 3.
