Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage our waterproofing, repair, and renovation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Roles:

1. Site Management: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, execution, and safety regulations.

2. Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress.

3. Quality Control: Monitor and control waterproofing, repair and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

4. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.

5. Material Management: Manage materials, equipment, and labour, ensuring efficient use of resources.

6. Safety Management: Ensure site safety, adhering to regulations and company policies, and conducting regular safety inspections and training.

7. Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting project status, issues, and potential risks.

8. Communication: Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, to ensure project progress and resolve issues.

9. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.

10. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

1. Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.

2. Communication skills: Effective communication with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients.

3. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve construction issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.

4. Leadership skills: Ability to lead and manage site teams, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.

5. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction site management, Freshers can also apply.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
