Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-scale solar power projects. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and willing to travel across project locations in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site execution and civil work related to solar power plant installations

• Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project managers

• Conduct site surveys, supervise foundation work, and monitor structural safety

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil project execution

• Experience in solar power projects or renewable infrastructure is preferred

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within North India

• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple sites and ensure smooth execution
