Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all Z Hotels in Bangalore.
Ensure seamless guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
Monitor and improve
occupancy rates
, revenue, and profitability.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to optimize bookings.
Oversee
housekeeping, front office, and F&B operations
to ensure efficiency.
Implement and monitor SOPs for operational excellence across all hotels.
Handle vendor management, procurement, and cost optimization.
Lead and train on-ground hotel staff to deliver top-quality service.
Ensure
compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and present operational updates to leadership.
Resolve escalated guest issues and ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
