Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Chocolaterie and chocolate maker in the production unit. The kitchen is for making chocolate and chocolate products. You will be the second in command in the facilities and will create producing chocolates to the highest quality and standards.
Responsibilities
A Chocolatier's roles and responsibilities include leading the chocolate production team, developing new recipes and flavors, ensuring quality control, and managing inventory and supplies. They also train junior staff, collaborate with sales and marketing, and stay updated on industry trends. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations, and may be involved in customer service or custom order fulfillment.

Creating new and innovative chocolate recipes, flavors, and products.
Quality Control:
Ensuring the quality and consistency of all chocolate products, from raw materials to finished goods.
Inventory Management:
Overseeing the ordering, receiving, and storage of chocolate ingredients, packaging, and other supplies, minimizing waste and costs.
Production:
Creating high-quality chocolates and confections using various techniques and ingredients, adhering to recipes and standards.
Hygiene and Safety:
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to strict food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Collaboration and Business:
Collaboration:
