About the Role: Our client is seeking to hire a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing strategy for their premium wellness Centre. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the luxury brand positioning, digital marketing, and customer acquisition within the wellness, hospitality, or healthcare sectors. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a 360 marketing strategy across digital, print, PR, and influencer channels Build strong brand visibility across domestic and international markets Drive growth through SEO, paid campaigns, email, social media, and wellness travel partnerships Oversee content, design, and storytelling aligned with our wellness philosophy Lead a high-performing marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally with operations and guest services Requirements: 25+ years of marketing experience with a focus on luxury services or wellness or hospitality. Also open to retired candidate. Proven leadership in scaling brand and revenue Strong grasp of performance marketing and customer journey design Excellent communication and relationship management skills
