Role Overview The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our e-commerce workflows, managing suppliers, overseeing inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer delivery experience. This role requires someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in Shopify backend management, procurement, and cross-functional operations within a DTC environment.
