JOB SUMMARY: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) plays a key strategic role in driving business growth, building brand credibility, and ensuring the company wins projects in a competitive B2B market Responsibilities: Develop marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision and revenue goals (e.g., infrastructure, buildings, water, transportation). Identify target sectors (government, private real estate, EPC firms, infrastructure developers). Position the company as a thought leader in civil engineering and consulting through branding and PR. Work closely with the Business Development (BD) team to: o Identify new markets (smart cities, green buildings, urban planning, etc.). o Support bid/tender marketing for government/PSU contracts. o Build alliances and partnerships with developers, contractors, and govt departments. Branding and Communications Build and manage the brand identity – website, brochures, case studies, social media. Create compelling project showcases, client testimonials, and success stories. Develop technical marketing content (e.g., white papers on urban flood modeling, geotechnical innovations). Digital and Offline Marketing Oversee digital presence – SEO, LinkedIn, targeted ads to project decision-makers. Organize or sponsor technical webinars, industry events, and expos. Ensure presence in RFP/RFQ portals, government vendor lists, and civil engineering directories. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with key clients (builders, municipalities, industrial clients). Design client feedback programs and loyalty initiatives. Ensure CRM system is leveraged for tracking leads, proposals, and follow-ups.
