Job Summary:

The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) will lead the investment strategy and execution of Investments in real estate projects. This role demands strategic and structuring foresight, risk management expertise, domain technical and regulatory expertise and deep financial acumen to drive high yield, risk mitigated investments across plotted layouts, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Requirements:

Experience

Education

•       Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing land or plotted development projects.

•       Strong financial modelling, project assessment, and structuring skills.

•       Deep familiarity with real estate markets with special focus in Tamilnadu (especially Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai, Salem)

•       Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

•       Self starter mindset with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial setup.

•       Exposure to legal and regulatory aspects of real estate (RERA, title, DTCP/CMDA norms) is a strong plus
