We are looking for a strategic, board-ready CFO with a strong track record in corporate finance, risk management, investor relations, and financial leadership-especially in listed companies managing project-based businesses (real is a high-impact, business-critical leadership opportunity. Key Responsibilities Lead corporate finance, including capital raising & debt/equity optimization Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & MIS Own enterprise risk management, taxation & compliance Oversee audits, disclosures, investor communication & statutory reporting Advise CEO & Board on financial direction & investment strategy Lead investor relations & represent company in analyst calls Build & lead a high-performing finance team Eligibility & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory MBA in Finance (Tier 1 preferred) - Desirable 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience Experience as CFO or Finance Head in a listed company - Preferred Domain exposure to real estate, EPC, or infrastructure is advantageous Strong skills in analytics, conflict management & board communication (ref:iimjobs.com) Show more Show less
