Chief Executive Officer - Consumer Tech

We are conducting a confidential search for a visionary and execution-focused Chief Executive Officer to lead a transformative organisation aimed at disrupting online retail in India. Role Overview:

As CEO, you will be responsible for scaling a pioneering e-commerce platform that enables of retailers, consumers, and service providers. This role demands a unique blend of entrepreneurial energy, product thinking, ecosystem building, and public-spirited leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the long-term strategic vision and roadmap of the platform.
• Lead nationwide adoption and scale-up of the platform across categories and geographies.
• Work closely with stakeholders across government, industry bodies, startups, and large enterprises to build a thriving, interoperable commerce ecosystem.
• Build and lead high-caliber cross-functional teams in product, technology, partnerships, and operations.
• Ensure effective governance, sustainable business models, and responsible innovation to serve both commercial and public interest goals.
• Be the public face of the organization, advocating for its mission and vision across forums.

Candidate Profile:

• 20+ years of experience in leading large-scale digital or consumer tech businesses.
• Strong P&L and scaling experience from high-growth companies such as Paytm, Flipkart, Zomato, or comparable platforms.
• Deep understanding of the Indian consumer internet ecosystem, e-commerce, and platform-led business models.
• Demonstrated ability to balance commercial success with societal impact.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
