Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Hospital

Location: SUNRISE HOSPITAL Pala- Erattupetta Road, Kaduvamuzhi, Erattupetta, Kerala 686121
Experience Required: 15+ Years in Healthcare Management, Including Minimum 5 Years in a Supervisory/Leadership Role in a Hospital
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / MSW / MBA (Healthcare) or Any PG
Employment Type: Full-Time

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hospital/healthcare administration.
  • At least 5 years in a senior supervisory/leadership role (COO, GM, Hospital Director, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, hospital infrastructure, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams, multi-disciplinary departments, and healthcare budgets.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage crisis/emergency operations.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for hospital growth, service expansion, and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the hospital in key external partnerships, public relations, and government health liaison activities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across departments.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all clinical and non-clinical departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, accreditation (NABH, JCI, etc.), and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and supervise department heads including Operations, Nursing, Medical Administration, HR, Finance, Biomedical, and Quality.

Financial Oversight:

  • Drive cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Monitor financial performance, approve budgets, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Work with the CFO to analyze P&L statements, manage capital investments, and ensure revenue growth.

Patient Care and Quality Assurance:

  • Champion patient-centered care and ensure the highest standards in clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
  • Oversee quality improvement initiatives, risk management, infection control, and patient safety programs.
  • Promote evidence-based medical practices and continuous medical education.

People & Culture:

  • Build a strong leadership team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support professional development, staff retention, and a culture of ethical practice.
  • Encourage a transparent, respectful, and patient-focused work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
