Job Title: Chemistry Faculty Location: [Emancipation edutech private limited] Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Department: Chemistry / Science Faculty Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Chemistry Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in chemistry, developing course materials, conducting assessments, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development and research activities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Chemistry (theory and lab) for undergraduate/postgraduate students. Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and laboratory exercises. Evaluate student progress through exams, assignments, and practicals. Provide academic support and mentorship to students. Participate in curriculum design and review. Conduct or support academic research and scholarly activities. Collaborate with other faculty and staff in departmental and institutional activities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in the field of Chemistry. Ensure a safe and productive laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications: Master’s/Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field from a recognized university. Prior teaching experience at the high school/college/university level preferred. Strong subject matter expertise across various branches of chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, Physical, Analytical). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using digital tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Passion for teaching and student engagement. Ability to design innovative, student-centered learning experiences. Experience in academic advising and research supervision. Published research or professional development in the field.
