About the Role:

Premier Bars Ltd is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chartered Accountant who goes beyond traditional finance functions. This is a high-impact role working directly with the Managing Director, involving financial strategy, investor relations, market expansion planning, and data-driven decision-making. We are looking for a confident professional who brings a strong analytical mindset and business acumen to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business and funding strategies in alignment with company goals
• Prepare investor presentations, business decks, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders
• Build and manage detailed financial models, project evaluations, budgets, and MIS reports
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support critical business decisions
• Collaborate with MD on growth opportunities, market expansion, and investor engagements
• Stay updated with industry trends and competition to support strategic planning

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in manufacturing or the steel industry is preferred
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (including financial modeling & presentation skills)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide strategic input

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
