Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead into its next phase of scale and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for driving the company’s vision, expanding service offerings, strengthening AI-led initiatives, and building a high-performing leadership team. This role requires a mix of visionary leadership and operational excellence with a strong service-delivery mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the company's long-term strategy with a focus on AI-led service transformation.

- Oversee all business operations, including service delivery, client engagement, sales, marketing, finance, and talent.

- Expand the company’s footprint in key markets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and profitability.

- Build strategic partnerships and long-term relationships with clients, especially in the AI and automation space.

- Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services aligned with client expectations and industry trends.

- Drive a culture of agility, innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure strong corporate governance and compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Ideal Profile

- 20+ years of experience in IT services or technology consulting, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role .

- Proven track record in scaling service-oriented technology companies, preferably with exposure to AI/ML services, intelligent automation, or enterprise IT solutions.

- Strong understanding of client service delivery models, especially in outsourced or offshore settings.

- Deep business acumen with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage P&L responsibilities.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Global exposure and experience working with international clients are highly desirable.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (required).

- MBA or equivalent leadership qualification (preferred).

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
