Centre Manager to lead the operations of our aesthetic clinic _ Female _

. The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning, achieving business targets, maintaining high client satisfaction, and leading a team of medical and non-medical staff with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and aesthetic industry protocols.
• Coordinate appointments, procedures, and schedules to optimize resource use.

2. Team Management

• Supervise and support the medical team (doctors, therapists, nurses) and front-desk staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Organize training sessions to maintain service excellence.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Handle VIP clients and resolve escalations or complaints promptly.
• Ensure a welcoming, warm, and professional environment.
• Drive initiatives to improve the overall client experience and retention.

4. Sales & Revenue Management

• Work towards monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Promote clinic services, packages, and products to clients.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and manage stock efficiently.

5. Marketing & Business Development

• Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, influencers, and partners.
• Provide inputs to corporate teams based on client feedback and market trends.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of client treatments, feedback, inventory, and staff performance.
• Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Apparels or any sales related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with sales acumen.
• Knowledge of dermatology, cosmetology, or wellness treatments is a plus.
